As a STRONGTechnical Services customer, you have a private and secure Web Portal into our state of the art call management system. This allows you to check the status of all pending and completed installs or service calls. You can sort calls by status, city, site, technician or date … and drill down to every detail of the call. Client's detailed service reports are available for any installation/service call from any computer with an Internet connection. Data can be exported to Excel or Word.
